  A disaster! We went to the card machines and it didn't work. The imprints requested re-registration. Ok, I ask how the procedure is, they tell me to go to commercial attention. They give me a number (all elderly people waiting, poor people there while the useless person at box 21 did not solve anything) they call the elderly adult before me, dad who was for the same process, yells "JULIO" at him, the man tells him: I hear you , asks WHAT DO YOU NEED? (YES, shouting, as if Julio, being over 80 years old, was deaf) tells him I still haven't told you what I need. He tells her that he is up for re-registration. It tells him to download the app and to do it through the app. The app? Post? And if it was because of the app, why the hell do they tell me to go for commercial attention? I can't wait to waste my time! And what a generous employer. Not only are people inefficient, a minimum course to treat older adults would not be bad
