  I have had an account at this bank for about 8 years, due to my previous address at the Palermo-CABA branch, despite presenting the change of address in a pertinent manner, with the addition of the address in the document and in the Electoral Register, I continue to appear as customer of that branch. I currently reside in Ramos Mejía-La Matanza-PBA, regarding the attention of the staff, I recommend going to the San Justo branch, far more cordial and friendly

  A certain Fernando from the Ramos Mejia branch just called me to ask if I needed anything from the bank. They never call from the bank. Be careful with this man who is calling, he may be a scam. Obviously I did not give him any information and on top of that he called from a hidden number

  I have had my account in the Bank for more than 10 years because I collect my salary there. This year I had a problem with a purchase that I did not make with the card, for which I made the pertinent complaints and the bank told me that I was calm that it was going to be solved. Today after 4 months of the fact the bank does not take charge, and not only that, but it does not give you any kind of explanation. Obviously I had to put a lawyer on this issue. I do not recommend this bank at all.
