::This organization wants your money (far more than is necessary for the used electricity) to pay its big salaries, new office buildings and cars, but has no interest in whatsoever to deliver a reasonable good product! Electricity in Villa Allende fluctuates during the day between 230V in the morning and 193V at 20.15 hours - if there is electricity at all. This is destroying people's property, but EPEC does not care. If one complains, one has to prove the damage. They want you to describe exactly what kind of machinery you have (TV, oven, computer etc.). If there is not enough electricity you have to call them and answer lots of questions. Obviously EPEC cannot control its own network, does not measure what is going on! This bad organization delivers this deplorable service for years already, but the citizens are not able to change that. EPEC has a very bad name and does feel no urgency to change that! Employees are not selected, because they have proven knowledge regarding electricity, but because of family ties (knowledge and experience however is NOT a genetic quality) and membership of the syndicate. This organization should be privatized and should get competition. Even better would be, if people had their own electricity from sun, wind or water! So nobody is depending on such an arrogant institution!
