  A lot of waiting in the street, even if there are few people in front. My mother went to collect the minimum pension 3 times, since according to them, there was a problem with the transport of funds and they did not have money to pay her. A shame.

  I do not recommend at all. The website runs 1 day of the week, it does not let you schedule contacts like the mobile application. It doesn't let you make transfers, it doesn't let you schedule contacts. You communicate by phone, you spend 30 minutes to get to the option you need (since the same options are repeated several times) and when a representative attends you, communication is decadent since it was cut off all the time (which is why I couldn't hear the representative's name) and they even cut me off. Terrible attention. If they gave you this bank with the job, change as soon as you can.

  Incredible, the person who gives advice on ATMs is cleaning staff. When consulting for an error that the ATM gave me, I made the comment to the surveillance, for which he replied that he did not know, and asked the (cleaning) lady who at that time was advising another man that I was operating in the ATM next to the one I was using .. It is not to detract far from it, but I consider that it does not correspond ....
