  Terrible attention. I approached the branch since the bank took 12,000 pesos from my account. A few years ago, I contacted the bank as they were charging me for account maintenance. Due to this, I informed that I was not interested in continuing to be a bank customer. Since they wanted me to stay, they told me that they were going to give me a bonus without telling me that I was going to have an end time. When I went to make the claim, not only did the girl who attended me and the bank manager respond to me in a bad way, but they also did not give me proof of what happened. I asked them to show me the call or something where it is shown that my account was no longer subsidized and they were simply justified by telling me "in general the accounts are not always subsidized" but without giving me specific information about my case. I ended up with a panic attack inside the branch, the manager, the same one who had taught me manners minutes before, said "I'm going to attend to the next person" and the other girl turned her back on me and began to sort her papers. . And I'm sitting in the chair unable to breathe. Thank God with my mom next to me. A lady who was taking money from the ATM saw me and went to a kiosk to buy me a coke and help me.

  They are the worst. Zero desire to attend. They have you waiting for 10 hours. They spend their time wasting and chatting with each friend that enters. Luckily today I canceled my account with them and I hope I never have to step on that bank again. Thanks for nothing!
