  They close the door in your face, they tell you to wait 10 minutes and you're here for half an hour and until they close for another 15 minutes... It's crap because they don't do that at closing time at 3 like every bank. It's 2pm and we arrive at 1:30pm. And the short-haired blonde with an air of grandeur was the first and she called another person and when we asked her she said "oh I don't know, I just pressed next" and then she attended us without interest, there being so many people with customer service who want to work, they have to this kind of tactless people.

  They serve the customer very badly, I had very bad experiences (me) the only four times I went (they have no respect) how much you have is what you are worth to them

  I went to the bank to do a paperwork at 2:30 p.m. There was no one. I had an executive shift and they didn't let me do a checkout process because I didn't have another shift. I repeat the bank was empty...

  It's a shame how they attend, they tell you one thing over the phone, they make you waste your time to not solve anything, and the most incompetent administrative can't be.
