  In this place it was the worst attention I received, not because of the employee but because of the orders they leave to their employees. They would not let me withdraw my savings and then take it with me with losses. And that I ask my company if they are trustworthy. I will already be looking for another more reliable place .. No wonder they have bad administrative management and their clients are looking for another bco.

  I went to change pounds on an early Monday because they have one of the best rates I found compared to other banks in the city. My big criticism and problem with the bank was the following: I can not believe that being the main exchange branch of the entity, they had only one ATM operating. Added to that, I was a long time waiting because they had a problem with the system and could not operate. To recognize: I emphasize that I noticed that the security guard was very kind to answer questions and inquiries from all those who were arriving, my questions included.

  If it had 0 stars, it would be 0 stars. Terrible attention, hyper slow. 2 and a half hours to pay at the counter, when there were no more than 5 people waiting. Of the 4 employees at the cash desk, only one attends, and between customer and customer it takes 10 minutes to call.
