  I entered at 13.33 to collect checks. I left at 14.14, passed 8 or 9 people, which means that they need 4 min 30 to attend each "client". A, I forgot 2 employees, 9 min per user. Of course, they do not spend so much time with users. They take breaks, I suppose to go to the bathroom (you have to drink a lot of water for your health), take breaks because the pace of work must be too high (since they work from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., an interminable day), walk know the place well, there must always be something new).   Waiting hours to make a payment. Tremendous building to have 2 employees only and they chat with their time and soccer clients while 15 people wait to be served. A shame, and more than anger I feel sorry.
