  The worst branch I have seen, very old people attending (so to speak) -slow, very slow- everything is disorganized, there are 4 ATMs but only 1 attends, many older people waiting for a stop, the agility of the staff is -5. The branch does not have any kind of control with its employees, most of them who come to spend the time have to be retired, and their attention is terrible. The only ones trying to contain are the police.
