  Terrible service to the public, from the executives to the lousy manager, none of them is clear about the things that can or cannot be done! I went to certify a job letter at that branch and the manager and the service executive entered and told me that it could not be certified, I went to another branch and in less than 5 minutes I had my job letter certified. Too much incompetence in this Liniers branch.

  pretty out of control after closing, hard to find cash at ATM.
