  I took a turn to go to the cashier to make a deposit, and after waiting more than half an hour, the only cashier attended me, in a bad way, telling me that I was not going to receive the deposit that I went to a branch 45 km away., in a collection account, in which we have been operating regularly every month for years to which the cashier told me that he had never seen me. After arguing, the manager appeared quite arrogant, and told me that if I want to operate with them, I will open an account. No way!!!

  Very good service, even if you go without a shift they take care of you and if you don't know how to use the machines they explain you well.

  Very bad attention. They also charge what they want to retirees. They hide behind the pandemic so as not to accompany their grandparents and then they always have debts !!! They never close their accounts. The security person like the "Miss" who delivers the shifts do not report well. There is no way to make an official complaint. The page is a mess !!! They are not clear !! They explain wrong! They serve poorly! They charge what they want !!!
