  Terrible customer service, poor treatment of ATMs and delusions to individuals who are forced to go to that bank and are not customers of the same, excessive delay. And zero protocol for the issue of prevention of covid-19. It leaves much to be desired as a banking entity and more so the cashier who I do not know how he is called but to give him an aesthetic detail to identify him is a mr. Bald.
