  Excellent online shift service, service at the entrance and everything, but there are employees (a gray-haired one of several years, apparently close to retirement, in the middle part as they call it) who personally treated me in a terrible way, leaning back in his chair and talking to me in an arrogant and disrespectful way. Terrible experience to be just my second time at the bank, makes me want to not return

  Super friendly staff. It takes a bit, but it happens everywhere. As I said kindness compensates for the wait. Too bad the building issue, they should improve that theme a little, their years are more than notorious. It's a shame the lack of care in that regard.
