  Waiting for over an hour to get something done, and you actually have to pay them. If Argentinians consider this normal for a bank, then they are crazy. They offer YOU a service, but over here it's like it's a privilege that they offer you service. Things should have been done within 15 minutes, not waiting for over an hour and then another 30 minutes for the procedure.
