  The neighborhood is one of the newest, it's very nice, it has wide streets in relation to other neighborhoods in the area, the playground and court are great for kids, low bills for utilities (gas, electricity etc.), and what I like the most is the security, it has double electric fence that many neighborhoods suffered robberies on several occasions and it is not something that has happened in this neighborhood.- Something that I really liked is the size of the lots, 1200mt... huge!!!!
