  They should close the bank and leave only the ATMs. The machines serve better than the staff of this branch. Obviously there are always exceptions, although in general terms I have never managed to leave this bank satisfied, there is always something unresolved, when they don't send you directly to speak to 0800. Let's see skinny, he comes here, take care of me, don't send me to talk to a machine that gives you 20 options and none are clear. Very bad, really.
