  A disaster I go with shift they make me wait 30 minutes outside, when they let me in the bank was empty. Terribly organized and they don't think about customers.

  Disaster, they do not solve ANYTHING for you. Since November 12 I have been managing the closing of the account since I do not use it, it is without consumption. They made me go 4 times and pay ridiculous commissions and proportions, until in December they told me that I was calm that the account was already closed and the cards had been cancelled. Today I get an email about a debt on that card. I am completely outraged, I have the closing and liquidation vouchers. It's impossible for them to attend to you by phone, I have to ask again for permission at work to make the claim and for them to make any excuse.
