  They don't feel like working!!! They treat you like they are doing you a favor! Today I went because I called 0800 and they sent me to go to a branch to do the paperwork. I went and both the employees and the manager, nobody solved anything for me. They sent me to my “origin” branch to solve my problem, although to sell me their filthy cards they called me from everywhere and told me that any branch was available to me. They are AWESOME!!!! Luckily I'm going to cancel this bank because the only thing it brought me were problems!!!!

  I just went with my son who has ASD to make a deposit. I showed the security the CUD to be able to deposit by box or ball he gave me. When I got to the checkout they told me that a lot of minors ..... you have to do it through the machines!!!! IN THIS COUNTRY RESPECT AND INCLUSION DO NOT EXIST!!!!

  They don't care about their customers!! I warn those who are going to open an account in this branch or who, like me, have changed their branch to this what happened to me. One of the ATMs withheld money from me on Wednesday 4/27 at night when making a deposit, on Thursday there was a bank strike, I had to wait until Friday 29 to call the bank, then go to the branch, talk to Guillermo who took my data and he promised me that he would call me that afternoon, which unfortunately did not happen but TWO WEEKS later, and why? Because I kept calling the bank, since I don't have time due to my job to go to the branch all the time, and in one of those calls, without notifying me, they put me directly to Banelco where I started the claim and I realized that they had not even registered it!!!! It's terrifying how they serve their clients, on top of that I'm supposedly Platimum, everything is very ugly, sad and doubtful, very little credible on the part of the Bank, this action of shelving my claim, coming two weeks later to give me a negative answer and when Guillermo calls me he ago that he had misplaced my claim, that he did not remember well and that the cashier only had X money left over that day, which is much less than what he absorbed me. 1) it is terrible to serve a client like this, promise that you are going to call him about an important claim and not do it, a total shame 2) after two weeks, am I going to believe what they tell me? That all my money is not? On top of that they never passed my claim! VERY DOUBTFUL and horrible the behavior of this branch. I am grateful that I work for many years attending to the bank account in a 5* Hotel and I know the secretaries from all sectors, even the presidency, and they know me very well. So I will be able to raise it up to the President of the Bank and that it is not left in the air that it is what I want and it corresponds. Really a shame EVERYTHING
