  It is unfortunate that one has to wait for more than 30 minutes but receive commercial attention and the agents are doing other things, while the rest of us are waiting outside in the rain, why segment or queue if the one who organizes that is the doorman! lousy care!!

  The man guarding the door did not ask the person in front of me for a health pass and he did ask me. That bench always looks dirty and it's very cramped.
