  Simply the treatment of customers who make appointments in advance via the web is unfortunate. For the second time in a row, a relative showed up on the day and time and was turned away at the entrance. The lack of empathy and depersonalization of this Banfield branch is totally disheartening and sad. Surely the loss of time, work and study commitments that a person relegates to carry out a procedure in an entity that is supposedly at our service as clients is not even remotely important. I believe that the least that is owed to a client is the possibility of being served by an employee and not being rejected on the entity's sidewalk; especially when a shift has been previously agreed

  I asked for an increase in my credit limit and was told that an exception was only made if an insurance package was purchased along with it. Doing it online took me two minutes. But older people were told that and people believed and gave in. Is a gotcha.

  Very good bank. Always get money without inconvenience. I recommend it
