  I want to let you know what happened today at the Campana BBVA branch, of which I have been a customer for more than 40 years, I am 81 years old and disabled, I arrived at 12:45 to withdraw from ATM number 1, he tells me to go to another, I go to number 2, neither there are funds, at that moment the custodian began to lower the blind, which I asked to wait since I needed the money, it could have happened when I was in the middle but my disability did not allow it, I asked the guard to let me pass, flatly refusing , I asked to speak with the manager, I was not attended to, an employee came through a small window, telling me that at 2:00 p.m. they were loading ATMs, I cannot stand for even 5 minutes, I almost fell ill, my blood pressure went up and I did not get a response, to which I must go to the macro and withdraw a lower amount than required I always believed that people over 70 and disabled had priorities. This made me defraud this bank and think about moving to another with better service
