  I am a premium black customer. Face-to-face attention in the office is 10, but everything that is not face-to-face is IMPOSSIBLE. I sent inquiries to my account officer through home banking, mail, telephone, WhatsApp, and they did not answer a single email or message. They nail you directly. And it wasn't once but for months that things have been like this without being able to make a single query without having to leave work and go to the branch in person. I get to such a point that I get tired and end up transferring my salary to another bank where they at least answer my emails or messages.

  Me ofrecieron una tarjeta corporativa, fui a buscarla para probar su banco ya que soy cliente del Río. Es por la misma razón que cuando me llaman a ofrecerme productos. Fui esta mañana a RETIRAR la tarjeta corporativa, el señor vigilante de l forma más descortés y maleducada me dice que si no tengo el pase sanitario, un maleducado. En ninguna parte me dijeron que tenía que llevar eso, igualmente de forma educada le expliqué que venía de lejos y no le importo, una persona grosera. En conclusión nunca más vuelvo por ahí. Pésima experiencia, además dicen que abren a las 10 y es falso 10:15 empezaron a abrir.

  Branch NOT recommended. They ask for a vaccination pass to enter, the cashier does NOT want to deliver cash. Terrible attention.
