Te llega la tarjeta de dĂ©bito y no dice por ningĂșn lado del sobre cual es tu clave provisoria, no tenes canales para atenciĂłn con una persona que te asesore, la sucursal cierra a las 13 hs... Para los que trabajamos ya no llegamos para que nos atiendan, hace rato necesito sacar mi plata o transferir aunque sea, no puedo, no hay canal de comunicaciĂłn, me dan un 0800, llamo, me piden nĂșmero de DNI pero tambiĂ©n clave para atenciĂłn telefĂłnica, y eso se genera con la tarjeta...

::The worst bank since I can remember, I processed the work papers to register with the bank more than a month ago, they wrongly sent my card to Buenos Aires, being in Ushuaia, you take the time to ask for permission at work to go personally to tell you that they already solved it, and they laugh in your face. They make you waste time, money and you can't even have your salary at the window. Do not recommend anyone to go to this bank, it is the worst managed in Ush.

::Today I went to BBVA Ushuaia, there is no clear signage, the customers asked each other where boxes 10 and 11 were, which are located on the 1st floor (there are 2 small signs, made on a computer and nobody sees them), elderly people do not they knew how to take turns and a young lady told them how to do it from her desk, while the security agent at the entrance limited himself to observing the inability of people to use the terminal designed for that purpose. The employees are dedicated to parading around the branch with the bottle of water and the food, while the clients do not understand the complicated nomenclature they use to name each procedure. Who attended me, did it by chewing gum on my face. Disgraceful service.
