  They are not ashamed that on holidays the ATMs or self-services NEVER work in the branches of the North Zone?

  They automate the procedures but the machines do not work well or do not give enough

  Terrible attention, the ATMs don't work, you go to the cashier and they don't take your deposits and they send you to queue, they don't attend you at the cashier and on top of that you ask questions and mistreat you, well BBVA keep it up

  Le otorgaron un paquete a un discapacitado sin comprobar antes si tenía algún tipo de ingresos..según ellos no es necesario comprobar nada. Le dieron de baja, pero las representantes de atencion comercial dejan mucho q desar. La q me atendió a mi, descortés y mala onda. La otra estaba a los gritos con un cliente queriendo demostrar su "superioridad'. Muy mala atención!!!

  They changed the shift system and no email arrived (there were 4 of us with the same topic). The room is empty and people pile up at the reception where there is no distance ... but still the manager from inside shouts that without a shift she doesn't attend, how do we do miss ???
