  I can't believe how little tact an employee at box 2 has towards people. Bad mannered, he pays little attention to what I was telling him and on top of that, I tell him that I always have a problem, he answers me and what's my fault!! I wasn't even taking it out on him. It would be more attentive if they try to see where the problem is and can solve it. Don't treat your customers like garbage. And also never answer the phone. And another thing, the employee who cleans for a change never wears gloves. What kind of bank is that!!!??

  I never managed to communicate by phone. And I am from another town where there are no branches, so I have to risk 100 km to see if they solve my problems. I need a debit card and you can't renew online without it... it's absurd...

  It would be nice if someone from the bank answered the phones. I get tired of calling and no one answers them. Regrettable!!!

  My experience has been positive. Good predisposition and willingness to help. The boxes on the first floor are a bit slow. The building and the environment are very well designed.
