::Dear, for the treatment received as a client I would give you a zero but there is no such rating, from day one all they did is make it clear that they are incompetent with giving the client what they need, of course like all banks there are formalities and I understand it, they only talk to you about risks and how unattainable it is to obtain a loan there, from the officer who attended me to the manager who is too big for that position, above all a great manager gives "concrete answers" that help the clients to fulfill their dreams and for the bank to earn money, of course. Treat people accordingly, be humble from the position you hold and do not doubt that thanks to the people the bank is maintained! I would not like to receive more propaganda from the French bank because what they offered me a thousand times by email, by phone and in person, was not fulfilled when I personally went to the place.
