  Until before the pendemic, "Premium World" customers were received in a separate sector (they even gave coffee). The officer who attended me was actually 10 but she left. The last few months I went for two reasons and was attended by the same account officer at the branch: both times I left with a lot of frustration. He did not want to solve the problem for me but to get rid of me quickly. The first time the problem was not resolved and they opened a claim which closed practically the same day ... without a clear resolution. I'm still the same When I went the second time, he took my order at my insistence, otherwise I left empty-handed as always. On the other hand, my "premium world" account officer has never solved anything for me either. I asked to change it, of course it didn't happen. I was satisfied with the bank for many years ... but for 2 years now everything leaves a lot to be desired and the only difference for being a PW client is the monthly maintenance cost. Not to mention that they have canceled the agreement with Latam ...

  Outside of this pandemic, you had to wait a long time, not now, they will take care of you right away. I always use the Cashier line, the employees are super friendly, attentive and they solve everything for you right away. Like the security man who is at the door controlling your ID and have a turn I have been going to this branch since it was opened and I am very happy
