::Terrible service, I started a claim 3 months ago because the bank withheld my money. They send me to speak with visa and banelco (which confirmed that the bank received my money). Today I went back in person to make the claim, Andrea's response (the person who attended me) was "I don't know what happened to that claim" (which she should have made) they asked me again for all the same information. Therefore, for the 4th time I am leaving without any solution from the bank.
