  The horror of being a customer always mistreated by the City Bell branch of the French Bank. In this case, of 4 terminals to make deposits, only one worked and from time to time. This situation was repeated the previous month, coinciding with the expiration of the credit card payment. In short, long lines and endless waits. If you are looking for a bank in the north of La Plata, avoid BBVA.

  The attention of this branch is terrible, especially from the head of the branch. They charged me maintenance fees that they had assured me they were not going to charge me (in fact after I went to make them notice they never charged me anything again) but they did not return what was wrongly charged. The manager of the branch offered me "let's do half and a half", I'll give you back the half that is what I reach commercially (it did not correspond and I did not accept). A shame. I made dozens of unsolved claims. Think about it before taking this main branch (I worked with BBVA branches in CABA and everything was always impeccable). The ATMs on weekends always dirty and out of money. Bad service.
