  I have been trying to communicate by phone for 20 days and it walks you through all the options and there is no operator I personally went to the bank and had a password generated because, according to them, without a password it is impossible to communicate, said by themselves. Which I already have a password and they continue if attending is only ws that is useless and on top of that they ask you how their attention was and ask that it be valued It is a shame !!!
