  Inoperability at its finest. Terrible bank, the self-service never works properly, whenever you go there they are out of service, and when it works they usually reject the bills and depositing becomes a real odyssey. There is not a time that I have approached and the drive-thru is working in optimal conditions. Regarding the attention by most of the staff within the bank, it is AWFUL. They have a single person at the checkout which takes more than 30 minutes to serve you, not to mention that the cashier is rude, not a good day, he says, he attends in a very bad way, with a lousy character. It is the worst bank I have stepped on, I can't wait to change it. I do not recommend at all.

  Very slow. Few ATMs take 30 minutes to tell. understaffed

  I went to close the savings account in dollars in branch 283 of Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza. You can't do it through home banking for a balance of 0.77 u$s. They made me sign and they didn't give me the money. The cashier told me she couldn't. I was not going to make a problem for 77 pesos (half a coffee), but the ARGENTINE banking system is DELINQUENT. Thank you

  Terrible attention on the one hand and on the other the ATMs close them for hours one stands in line... someone comes out and says it's closed but in 10 minutes it opens... a lie! We have been waiting for an hour. There was a long queue. They are a disaster

  Regular attention due to lack of personnel, in my particular case there was a lack of ATMs and the waiting time for resistivity in the consumer defense law was not respected.
