BBVA is an orthodox bank, white-collar thieves who discount what they want and give it back to you as and when they want and without the interest regulated by the Central Bank. With the worst customer service, full of tarambanas that are especially there to delay the paperwork while BBVA works with the money that it took from you illegally. Impossible to recommend it, BBVA is the most irregular, mediocre and disinterested bank for its customers when BBVA is the one that messes up. From 0 to 10 ... -100, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SERIOUS BANK, IT IS NOT THE BBVA.
