::Most of the time there is no money in the ATM and/or the self-service terminals do not work. A shame. It is not understood that the banks and the bank continue with the same prices and income while the time costs are put by the clients making very long lines in the open for everything while saving on functional premises and number of employees with a "modernization" that does not advance nothing for customers. A lot of philosophy and little practicality. Surely from the Puerto Madero tower this is not perceived or ends up mattering. Also, they don't open in jorqrio.

::Impressive the mistreatment of the security personnel of this branch (Blonde lady of about 50 years) Long lines at the ATMs. On 10/19/2022 the cashier gave me a completely torn bill that they did not change. Poor retired hostages of that branch. They treat them horrible. Avoid going.

::Pésima atención.Hace 10 años que lamentable abrí una cta cte y con suerte entre 4 veces,hoy fue la última,fui para que me digan porque no podía hacer una compra con la tarj de crédito si el monto que tenía q pagar era la cuarta parte de mi límite.Entré ,me dieron número estaban atendiendo a un hombre y luego seguía yo,la empleada y el empleado que atendían las otras dos mesas se fueron a una oficina a charlar,y el que quedaba estaba atendiendo charlando con un cliente sobre motos,repuestos, características,etc etc,Ya para este momento habiendo transcurrido 20 min se habían juntado 3 clientes más.Me retiré enojada por como se burlan en nuestra cara ,nunca me atendieron.En breve cierro mi cuenta y la de mi madre.Son un desastre,cero respeto por los clientes

::It's amazing how impractical it is to go to this branch... long lines for EVERYTHING. A single ATM and two ATMs for self-service. Inside the branch is VERY small, everything on top, tight, glued. A person with mobility limitations cannot be handled comfortably. And regarding customer service... well, like all banks! It seems that it annoys them to attend to people, as if they were doing us a favor. SLOW! ZERO AGILITY! While people make long lines outside, the staff is super comfortable, with padded armchairs and air conditioning! They should change their manager and move to a larger location that meets the demand for people. The entry to the ATMs is not 24 hours. You go at 8 and the door is locked!

::Unfortunately I have to rate this branch low even though the security and entrance staff are very friendly. My question was ONLY if I still had an account at this bank because they had sent me the renewal of a debit card. I entered and there was only one person and I followed. Wait 20 minutes for the only person at Short Hair Posts to serve me. Before starting the procedure with the person in front of her, the lady told her partner that yesterday she had done a procedure for a deceased person and left it halfway, to which her partner replied that she had finished it while He "shredded" paper (this lasted 20 minutes, we all heard the situation and a lack of respect for the person who had to attend). After that period of time, it was finally my turn. But no, he finally arrived another 20 minutes later, since a person known to this woman entered who let him in (while he was being attended to, a man came out to ask for other favors, and so on). I took out the cell phone without activating the data just to see the time and how much time I had lost there, while this woman could answer WhatsApp from her cell phone. Now yes, it was finally my turn. My consultation did not last even 2 minutes. It is a shame that, not only in this bank but in many others, the employees treat us as they want, having to listen to questions that do not add up to us and the time that one loses because of that. I saw older people waiting and that gave me more anger. I didn't order the complaint book as I feel this review contributes more to the world we live in and I hope it will be helpful. Unfortunately, in this country we always ALWAYS have to ask the other to respect our rights. Tip: keep in mind for your next visit (or change banks)
