::On 07/29 I bought a mattress that was supposed to take 30 business days. Then they increased to 35 and "at most" 40. To this day, I'm still waiting, I'm going for the 3 paid fee AND I DON'T HAVE IT. And not only that, but they DO NOT EVEN deign to call, if you complain they ask you "but the email did not reach you notifying the delay?", As if saying "we will notify you", and the truth seems shameful, a TOTAL lack of respect, taking into account that more than three months have passed !!!! 3 weeks ago they have been telling me that next week they are going to communicate to set the date, when in fact they SHOULD COMMUNICATE TO GIVE ME THE MATTRESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I already started the consumer defense lawsuit and they admitted it. I have the management number and 800 claim numbers for bedtime. DO NOT BUY !!! They have zero commitment, they don't give you an answer. The operators that have to provide an answer, HAVE NO IDEA of the status of your purchase. They keep charging you fees, they don't even deign to call you periodically so that you are aware of the situation. They make excuses for the pandemic, suppliers, etc. The issue is simple, if they cannot take charge DO NOT SELL !!! DO NOT take responsibility. It is JETS what they do. DISASTER!!!!! I claimed on facebook then they blocked me. Question is that I still do not have my box spring and mattress I feel scammed and by the comments of Facebook there are many scammed people. I advise you if you want a good rest before you read the comments of people and buy from another company why it is unfortunate
