  My mother made a change of bank, today she went to cancel the account and the security guard did not allow her entry to carry out said procedure, arguing that they wait for the deposit, for which she demanded that my mother tell her when they deposited him, information that was not his to ask for and that did NOT AFFECT ANYTHING to cancel the account in that bank. It is not the first time that the guard presents this type of attitude.

  I know how they handle themselves there and they do their best, especially the guard and the manager, very clean and all very polite and very patient. Keep it up and improve as much as you can.

  A shame as retirees are swindled !! They live them discounting plans that they did not request. They play with the loan amounts.
