  Good manners to attend, but a lot of delay between one person or another. Sad, there was a lady waiting, with a cane, she didn't sit down because it was difficult for her to get up and it was her turn, but... first to chat and call when they finish.

  Good attention from the staff. What I still do not understand is because I see in most of the banks where our grandparents collect their retirement, that they are queuing early, whenever they have to do a paperwork they will have priority, they need to go with the tent to queue from a day before. In this particular bank you spend the day you spend (before there will be) they will notice that
