It's a lack of respect, because if you don't, you can attend to what I say and I'll call at another time... I can't go as far as km3 since it's far from where I am...

  The attention of the professionals an 8, they take a while to attend the shifts. The reception leaves a lot to be desired. I have been calling for a week and a half to request a shift and they never answer, and the only time they answered they left me hanging with the call for more than 10 minutes while I listened to how they chatted and/or answered.

  From my experience with Dr. Pipo, a 10! But the one that attends you at reception both by phone and in person, a disaster. I called to be reminded of a shift and the one who attended me did it in a very bad way. Let's see if they train those who are the visible face of the place. Thanks.
