Since I've been sitting here, 5 tables have already left because they can't be served! I am a supervisor in gastronomy and the efficiency of the waiter leaves much to be desired. You have to train them. A waiter cannot be leaning against the counter waiting for an order to be taken out. While there are unattended tables and customers who leave without being served. It's a shame since the place could be profitable but you can see the loss they have. Not incredible at the time of paying I approached the counter, and I told the cashier about the 8 tables that were removed because they were not served! To which he replies that he didn't see them, I pay him and I don't like the change I show him and he didn't understand his mistake! My god how much inefficiency. Unfortunately I don't come to this place anymore. I will spend a day on the morning shift to see if I can make my claim with the corresponding person. This avoids the losses caused by the late shift.

  In general, it's fine.. But they change the staff too much and today, for example, despite the good vibes of the boys, they clearly couldn't organize themselves. Blame the boss or manager q was not clearly. Orders took years. But as all the time they take out and put in new people, they start from 0 with new kids who have to learn.

  I am going to edit my opinion because although the coffee is delicious, the products are delicious, there are days (not all) when the attention is AWFUL. They take time to come to the table, they take time to bring your order, they take time to charge you, they take time for everything. It's a disaster. If they know that they are complicated schedules, I don't know why they don't put more people. The waiters are always different from one week to the next.
