  Can’t say enough good things about this place. The sandwich de ojo de bife was sublime. Perfectly done grilled onions besides other toppings, crispy fries, succulent meat. Nearly every beer we tried ranged from quite good to excellent. [and this is coming from two serious beer snobs! So we know of which we speak - one Brit and one American - quite different taste preferences, but equally refined 😉] You can taste anything you like before ordering a pint. Their nitro porter is the real deal - best I’ve tasted since leaving Seattle. The stout was properly creamy. Their seasonal IPA was excellent too, with the right amount of hoppiness which is sadly difficult to find around here. The staff was friendly and helpful, never snooty or rude. (again, a welcome surprise!) The ambience / decor is fantastic - beautifully constructed wood tables, great lighting, the entire place would fit right in anywhere in Scandinavia. Clean and orderly, but not stuffy nor severe. Neither too casual nor pretentious. Really great vibe. The music inside was a bit too loud on a Friday night, but one could escape to the equally beautiful tables in the outdoor garden which wraps around the building. Even at peak popularity on a weekend night it never felt too crowded or long lines. There are now several good brewpubs in this area (yay!), but Bucaré is clearly the best.
