  Our experience with Buenos Aires stay was very positive. The email correspondence with Michael before we arrived in Buenos Aires was very efficient, he answered all our questions (of which we had a lot of) and they found us the perfect apartment in a fantastic location for what we wanted (a 4 month stay in Buenos Aires). When we arrived the staff who greeted us were friendly and professional and everything went smoothly with all details explained thoroughly. We were provided with ample contacts in case of emergency or for problems we had and all information about how the apartment worked. The apartment was exactly as advertised and clean when we arrived. The cleaning staff is amazing and goes beyond what you would expect, even helping us turn on the gas oven when we were clueless and always available for questions. The concierge team has kept in contact with updating their details and its nice to have the continued communication. BA stay is professional, reliable, we would recommend it to anyone especially those coming from overseas who are a bit unsure about how Buenos Aires property functions or nervous as to lock in something before arriving (as we were).   Had a great service from both Michael and Nelson (my concierge). Although there was a slight problem initially, this wasn't BA Stay's fault it was the landlord who caused the confusion. Anyway BA Stay was very accommodating and I ended up in a lovely apartment which I'm still in at the moment. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a place in BA!

  I've been fortunate enough to use the services of the delightful and charming British ex-pats running BA Stay on four occasions. They have always been extremely professional, more than helpful, easy to work with, and, did I mention, charming. Best of all, got me into some swell apartments in perfect locations that made my visits to Buenos Aires even more memorable. I will be using their services again!

  I could not recommend a BA Stay apartment more for those wanting a hassle free holiday for a fraction of the cost of that of a hotel . Run by friendly British Expats, the service I received was impeccable. The staff worked hard to ensure I had a great time in Buenos Aires. Fantastic apartment, dedicated and hardworking staff and a beautiful city... I'm already planning my next stay with these guys!

  I used Buenos Aires Stay and was extremely impressed by the service that they provided. The staff were both helpful and honest, which enabled us to find a beautiful and clean apartment in a fantastic location, making our stay in Buenos Aires very pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely use them again for my next trip and would recommend them without a doubt.
