  The place is very good. The cabins are beautiful. Keep in mind that the cabins are on the slope, so there are stairs to access them (in the case of reduced mobility or ailments). The location can be a pro or a con, since it is far from the center. Heated pool, very nice

  Highlight: Cleaning accessible from the road Complete I take away 2 stars for: Many steps difficult to access with suitcases Little rspta on the part of the reception. Does not meet the hours of attention they say inconvenient parking At times there are people who climb to the roof of the cabin even if you are inside sleeping

  Wooden cabins just outside the city of San Martin de los Andes. They have a beautiful and clean indoors pool and each cabin is fully equipped with anything you need, from toaster to frying pan. WI-FI doesn't work properly. The staff is nice but they should improve their service; we required a change of sheets because one was ragged and, even when they told us they would do it, it never happened. Update: Came back 2 years later and the service was lousy. They didn't tell us they have specific times to check-in, and they made us wait 2 hours until the receptionist arrived. They refused to keep our bags in the reception even when there was someone from the cleaning staff there. When we checked-in, the recepcionist insisted on showing us an email that was suppously sent to me with instructions about the hours, and she behaved rudely even after I pointed out that email was from our previous stay, 2 years ago. Her behavior was inexcusable. She insisted and insisted on arguing even when I asked to just to move on because I was tired. Contemptuous person. Due to COVID protocols, the pool is only available on schedule and until 9pm. Our first day there they closed it at 7pm and we never get to go. The Wi-Fi signal is close to non existent. And when it works you cannot open a single email. We had to use mobile data the whole stay. We wouldn't come back.

  Well furnished, very quiet, nice service and worth every cent paid in it.
