  The cabins are very nice, they have everything you need: they are clean, the beds are comfortable (good mattress), the shower water comes out very hot and with good pressure, the bathroom has a bidet, the kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, electric oven , electric kettle and stove, there is TV, and even a salamander with logs for heating. It would only improve the entertainment sector.

  Beautiful place to rest!!! The only thing that would have to improve is the wifi service.. the rest EXCELLENT

  I give them 2 stars because I feel that they could have been handled better with my reservation. We were entitled to a cabin and they gave us a filthy apartment without water. They never informed us of the water problem, they did not tell us how the system was to enter and leave at night, they did not offer us even bottled water to consume. Nor were they prepared for a case like the one that occurred. Throughout the stay (2 nights) we could not sanitize ourselves, nor use the bathroom properly. They located us according to their convenience due to the fact that my reservation was for 4 people and in the end it ended up being two people who stayed. On the last day they allowed us to use the cabin that corresponded to us to use the bathrooms, and I must say that I felt cheated, because that was the place we had paid for and not the rundown apartment that they gave us. I do not recommend them nor would I choose them again.

  Comfortable cabins for 4 people ... but not. Dirty, maintenance-free and broken heaters. Without personal attention ... you don't know who to turn to. The water was cut off and we had to open the pump to let the water come out, lights were burned and the toilet was plugged on the first day ... no one took charge when we notified the page number. Hollowed out mattresses. Games for children are missing.
