  I had a really bad experience with this rent a car. We made a devolution of the car and everything was ok but... 4 days later they charge on my credit card more than 900usd in concept of some damages that we never made and they cannot probe... we are making a claim into Customer Protection Service...

  Take care: this is NOT the Cactus Airport return place as the name might suggest. If your contract says 'airport' you drive your rental car to the departure terminal, and there will be a member of the cactus staff there to receive the car. (the guy in the downtown office explained this gently to us, after office hours - GREAT service, thanks again!)
