  It would be great if they warned on the website at least that they will be closed on that day before going and wasting time and money to realize just then that the bank is all off. Any news section that has the web on the main page. But no, that kind of thing is more for banks with outside policies, we continue with websites from the 90s. I still don't know why the bank was closed today.

  Pity attention, do not carry any problem! They do not take any attitude to solve it, the employees attend a partner and get up for 10 minutes or more to call another number, they send you to 0810 and here they do not attend either! They pass the inconvenience that they cause from one place to another, the bank was excellent, the employees knew what a cooperative bank is, a shame !! Change the attitude, the partners leave !!!

  I just horrendous. ATMs and self-service stores are full of problems. The person who is in reports is absolutely painted, or simply is not. And employees treat you very badly or reluctantly if you ask them something. And you have to ask them more than once to explain them properly.

  Regarding the bank, good attention, but the issue with the ATMs is very bad, only one always works and it downloads very quickly and there is no one to respond.
