  What happened to me yesterday 07/21/2022, in this branch is unbelievable!! Before closing the operation I went to the security man and told him what was happening, he told me: put a $10 bill, to close the operation, but I told him: if I close it, I credit and confirm, and it's wrong!!! I do not add the total! He answers me: do it the same, and go to the offices. So I did, Miss told me, they will be communicating with you in the course of the afternoon, when they do the cash count, they will know there. Yes, of course I replied, it has and should be so. Around 6:00 p.m. they called me saying that the payment transaction I made was fine, that there was no other money. NO I DIDN'T ANSWER!!! THE MACHINE GAVE ME THE TOTAL WRONG!!! THEY ATE ME $19600!!! My God this is a white glove robbery!!! It's the treasurer's word against mine, I'm desperate!!!!
