::If you are lucky you find money at the ATMs ... the most common is a down system and the attention is terrible. Now in quarantine they do not answer the phone, nor the emails, nothing ... I have a problem 2 weeks ago without giving me answers.

::The self-service cashier swallowed the money, did not generate any proof of anything, the deposit was not made it is the second time that I spend with this bank in those same ATMs. Apparently they do not do proper maintenance, or have configuration problems the worst part of the case is that there is never anyone in the place to whom you can say or help you. Not a phone number at least nothing at all, terrible service I do not trust anymore in this bank for deposits

::THE CASHIER RETAINED MY CARD FOR NOTHING AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO TAKE CHARGE. NO PHONE, INFORMATION, NOTHING. THEY LEFT ME WITHOUT CASH AND NO DEBIT CARD TO MAKE PURCHASES BEING A TOURIST !!! A SHAME!!
