  It seems that the municipality bought it, because it can't be that they take so long to attend to people. When they serve you, everything is fine, but I still don't understand how you can make it so that there is only one person attending the checkout and another for consultations. They deserve a 1, but even if it is the man who watches the door, he puts it on and attends to people for the queries they have.

  Usually there are few people and the line moves fast unless there are ATMs out of service, but it is not something that always happens. Attention in checkout quite fast.
