  hello...my disagreement is related to the procedure to access "I am bip", it is not comfortable for users who do not frequently enter the site to permanently change the password, what does this mean?...in my case I only enter to renew my fixed term and every time I enter (coinciding with the expiration of my fixed term) which is every 30 or 35 days my password is rejected... it is rejected three times, and then it is sent to the Bank closest to my home ....how cumbersome!!!! Could you change the system and make it easier for the customer? The same does not happen with other banks, the operation of the coordinate card, for example, is very secure and each client changes their password when they wish and does not have to go to the bank for procedures as simple as changing a password. In addition to the fact that the provincial bank is always very busy, we have to require the time of an employee for this simple procedure. Without wishing to offend the good service of said institution, I request that my suggestion to improve this mechanism of the system be taken into account for the evaluation of "customer service" in the future.- Atte.
