  VERY BAD ATTENTION !!! THEY DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEMS WITH THE CARDS !!! Not only do they not show the photo of the bank, as appropriate, but they do not answer the phones that appear on the page. And when you go in person, they make you call a call center by another phone (which is not heard well), which does not solve any problem either.

  Lousy attention. They refer you from one side to the other and nobody solves a problem for you. Above they give you a phone number so that you call that no one will ever attend you
