  Terrible attention, they had me 3 hours to renew my fixed term, with shift and not having other people to be attended. A shame, a complete waste of time, little professionalism on the staff. The branch manager never showed up despite repeated insistence on finding him.

  A pity such a prestigious bank is handled so slowly for customer service. It shows that the employees spend their time chatting, drinking mate, coffee and talking on the phone and the rest of the people who are waiting have to smoke, you are paparruchadas of typical 100% Argentine chanta. Hopefully someday they will be rushed so that they know that they should not play with the time of the people who are working. Especially to the top managers and others. I entered at 12:36 is 13:18 and they still don't attend to me. What a pity.

  I entered at 12:55 to withdraw a checkbook and I was attended at 1:30 p.m., not why I was touched by the number, but why I complained because the sector had not called any number (D42).
